How it works

  • Once I receive your inquiry (find it below!), I’ll send over a questionnaire for you to complete. 

  • After reviewing your questionnaire, I’ll reach out to discuss how to move forward. Depending on your needs, we’ll either proceed with planning via email or schedule a consultation, where we will talk through the color palette, design options, budget, dream arrangements, and lots of other goodies.

  • After we meet, I will create a custom proposal for your specific vision.

  • Once you are ready to book, you can sign our contract and pay the deposit.

  • We offer full-service set up, delivery, and tear down for investments over $6,000, and studio pick up (from Fayetteville) for investments over $2,500. Working on a tighter budget? Check out Petal Provisions.

  • If you are throwing any kind of party or event requiring a full-service florist (including delivery and set up), I’m your gal! For these events, you can reach out to me for a custom order via the form above.

    If you have an eye for design and need flowers to elevate your event but are doing so on a tight budget, Petal Provisions is for you. Curated packages can be purchased directly on the Petal Provisions page.

  • I so badly wish that I could provide a simple formula for how much flowers for a wedding or event would cost, but each event is custom, down to the smallest details, therefore requiring a unique budget.  Season, personal taste, proximity to a "flower holiday" (like Valentine's or Mother's Day), flower preferences, number of bridesmaids, and guest count are all large factors in your floral total.

    One of my top priorities is partnering with my clients to work toward a floral total that is both exciting and comfortable. Please keep in mind that supply chain challenges continue to raise the cost of fresh flowers. Before scheduling a consultation, I would recommend gathering a handful of photos that inspire you and have a rough idea of your top priorities. Please note: Pinterest is a gift/curse! It often generates images for high budget weddings, photos of spotless silk flowers, and perfect flower stems first.

  • Our full services begin at $6,000, and studio pick up orders are available starting at $2,500.

  • We accept new client inquiries 10 months out from their event day. This timeline allows us to plan ahead well, and make sure we are serving current clients with all of the attention they deserve! If you have started the hunt for a florist more than 10 months before your event, we can often go ahead and schedule a consultation around the 10 month mark.

    To ensure you can have a productive conversation with your potential florist, I would recommend having (at least) your venue, coordinator, and rough guest count secured. It would also be beneficial to have a handful of photos pulled that feature arrangements (either type or color) that you like as inspiration.

  • We serve the greater Northwest Arkansas region and are always open to a little adventure. Travel welcome!

  • You can purchase your supplies as early as you wish, up to 2 weeks before your event
